How credits work

Credits are aligned to the type of verification you run.

Authentication checks are billed separately from transaction and categorisation services. Contract clients can negotiate pricing based on volume and operating requirements.

Password-protected statements are charged when they are successfully read: a statement that arrives locked is free until its password or ID number opens it, and is then charged once at the normal rate.
